Dude! You've never seen The French Connection? I would've thought that'd totally be your type of movie. ;)

(And hey, OT, but Angel Face is coming out on DVD!)

I've seen the chase scene but never the whole thing. I should see it one of these days. The biggest omission is still To Kill a Mockingbird! (And some of these nominated films are justifiably obscure today, methinks.)

And yes, I know about Angel Face! I should get on that! ;)

You know, it's kinda sad, this is the first year in about a decade when I have almost no interest in the Oscars and I'm not intending to sit up and watch them live. :( Plus the only nomination I've seen is Little Miss Sunshine and I only saw that today. Ho hum.

Also, YAY! You haven't seen Forest Gump either, I thought I was the only person who hadn't seen that!

I'm not really invested in this year's Oscars, other than rooting Helen Mirren on and she doesn't seem to need my help! (If you see The Queen, I'm curious to hear what you think of it!) I still need to see Little Miss Sunshine.

And yeah, no Forrest Gump for me. Even my sister didn't like it and she likes much more mainstream stuff than me, usually. Pulp Fiction all the way!
