This was the first episode in a long time where I was in a constant state of "Oh my God, what is going on?" and then squealing at the end of the episode. I was so convinced that Claire was the one meant to die, I didn't realize it was Charlie until I experienced deja vu from the promos (Where Desmond says, "No matter what I do, you're going to die"). Still a big shocker though.

And I got to see Sayid and Locke for a few minutes so that was nice. It appears that next week will be a mix of the original island and Others island (And they promised answers!) so hopefully I'll get to see some more of my favorite characters that have been MIA.

Totally. *nods* It was the first one in a long time that really captured my imagination. I mean, I knew I was bored with The Others but I didn't realize how much until we got something else, for a change! What a breath of fresh air!

And well, we shall see if it's finally Sayid and Locke to the rescue or not! Very frustrating promos! And we know that when they answer one question, they always raise four more.

I was just rewatching LTDA before the ep last night and I'd completely forgotten about the CGI bird that says Hurley's name!

Some obscure sci-fi book I've never read, probably.

Slaughterhouse Five. It was Slaughterhouse Five all the way - only thing I could think of since the moment he woke up on the floor covered in paint. I haven't written my own thoughts on it yet, but when I do they will probably be entirely restricted to Vonnegut references :D

Aha! You know, I've read other Vonnegut (Cat's Cradle) and I've seen the film of Slaughterhouse FIve but I barely remember it. Just the dad dying instead of the mom and the guy dying over a ceramic figure in Dresden!

I'm sure they're discussing it like crazy at TWOP!

At this point I am so confused I am not even sure why I voted in most of the polls questions,really...This was the second best episode of S3(after 3x06),and it was good, but OMG stop confusing me people!

After the ep, I went and Googled:
I knew I saw her somewhere!!!

At this point, I'm in Lost for:
I voted for "I'm not sure why" and I think I should explain, because I'm watching for the mix of first 2 hot guys and to see what happens, how it ends.I gave up on figuring out back in S1;)

You know, I did like "I Do." And then this one, you're right. The rest have had their moments, but please, I'm begging them: NO MORE OTHERS.

Since S2 I've been convinced they're just making it up as they go. If it ever does all start to make sense, well, color me amazed!

After the ep, I went and Googled:

That question made me laugh because I actually did go look up the whiskey. I either spelled it wrong or it doesn't really exist.

Hee. I'm sure it's not real. They couldn't do a real product placement there. They might as well have called it "McGuffin," you know, the nickname Hitchcock gave to plot devices that sets the action in motion but aren't necessary at all.

And psst, go look at my Lost vid recs post!

Looking at these questions, I realized...man, this is the first time I've really just enjoyed Lost in a long time. About damn time already.
