Aww, I love Hurley! I loved this story from Hurley's POV. He's been one of my fav characters from the beginning and this was just wonderful. Thank you for writing it. :-)

Thanks so much. :) The idea just clicked and I'm glad it came through okay - I think it's my first time writing a Hurley POV!

Hee, I'm actually a fan of both Jack and Sawyer but I know they can both be hard to handle. Glad you liked it!

Yay Hurley fic!

I love the style of this and the way you describe the relationships between the characters.

Oh, thank you! :) It was a slightly different kind of fic for me, so I'm glad you liked it.

I love this so much! It's absolutely perfect, Hurley moving from mancrush to mancrush as things change on the island. The way you write him is great, and there's something so comfortable about your writing in general that always makes me so happy to be reading it.

I really liked the new take on Han and Chewie, being Sawyer and Hurley. It seems so true to me, and yet I never would have seen it on my own.

I like the ending there too, with Jack admitting he kind of felt the same for Sawyer, and then the little bit of sadness as Hurley thinks he'll ask Charlie too.

Thank you! I'm glad you like the Han & Chewie angle. It really seems to fit, doesn't it?

Wow, that's one of the nicest things anyone has ever said to me! :)

And yeah, this one started out as a much sillier idea but keeping to canon (more or less) made it a lot more melancholy.

Oh Hurley, always wearing his heart on his sleeve. And he's so right, Jack and Sayid had their Jedi moments, but Sawyer's was the truly bittersweet one. He left everyone he loved behind on that helicopter. At least we know there was *one* person on that chopper who truly appreciated him.

And the last line was priceless!

Oh, thank you, darlin! :) It's nice to know that *someone* appreciates Sawyer's sacrifice! And who misses him...

Very glad you liked this. Thank you!

This was great. You don't often see a lot of Hurley fic but you got his voice down perfectly. I love the reference to the Jedi Moment, how at the end he tells Jack he had a 'man' crush on Sawyer, how he actually appreciated what Sawyer did, and Jack asking if he ever sees him.

Great fic hun!

Wow, thank you! I think it's my first time writing a Hurley POV, so that's doubly nice to hear! Very glad you liked this one. :)

Thank you so much for pointing me in this direction for my Queen day! This is such a wonderful portrayal of Hurley and his views on the Losties. I'll be honest, I had to laugh at his assessment of Jack after he gives up the mancrush. Maybe back in the real world, he was an easygoing kind of guy, but here on the island, Jack was, to be honest, a complete tool. Yeah, I laughed out loud; can't help it ;)

Of course, my favorite bits were Hurley's thoughts on Sawyer. It fits so well with both of them, how he didn't start to notice Sawyer until most all the other possibilities for hero worship were exhausted, how Hurley was one of the few who really got to see Sawyer's "marshmallow" side. And I absolutely love how Hurley gives Sawyer the Han Solo nickname. Very fitting! And given how one of my greatest wishes, canon-wise, is that Hurley knows/finds out that Sawyer is indeed alive, I love how his not showing up at Santa Rosa essentially proves that to Hurley.

Again, thank you for such a great read!

Aww, so glad you enjoyed this! Their friendship has really been one of my favorite things in the past season (and really, the best part of Sawyer's storyline in S4!). Sawyer is totally Han Solo, isn't he? :) And it kills me to think of Sawyer without any of his buds, and the same with Hurley. They made such a good team. *sigh* That moment where you can see Hurley thinking he should jump, but then Sawyer does ... makes me loves Sawyer all over again.

Thanks for catching up with this! Glad it suited your day as Queen!
