LOS ANGELES (AP) ― A woman is suing ABC and 'Lost' actor Henry Ian Cusick, claiming she was sexually harassed and then fired from the hit show.
The woman filed the lawsuit on Friday in Los Angeles, alleging Cusick, who plays Desmond Hume on the show, fondled her buttocks and breasts and kissed her on the lips in October 2007. The lawsuit claims she reported the incident to her supervisor, but was simply told to avoid the actor. She states she was fired 12 days later in retaliation for reporting the alleged abuse.
The filing states the woman worked for ABC since 1997. She claims she suffered physical sickness, emotional distress and a miscarriage after the incident.
The lawsuit does not state how much she is seeking.
And hey, I watched SPN last night. I was as leery of the idea as anyone but I think they pulled it off. And yeah, I did suspect that ... oh crap, I've already forgotten the brother's name, was not what he seemed. Because where else could they go with that?
I'm going to have to see X-Men Origins. Even though Josh isn't in it.

I hope it isn't true and I'm reserving judgement until we know more, but either way, people need to think before they say things like that.
People on ONTD can be such idiots. *sigh* And message boards in general. I made the mistake of reading comments to the Chris Brown/Rihanna situation and wow, was that depressing.
The Chris Brown/Rihanna comments were terrible. I saw quite a few people say that she started it or because she hit him, it was okay for him to bash her head in and threaten to kill her. And people turned on her with time, especially when they thought she was staying with him. So sad.
I cannot believe how quick people were to blame Rihanna. SCARY.
The idea of third Winchester brother was pretty much an absurd at first, but they indeed pulled it off and made me like it.And Adam,I liked him too.
I really liked SPN a lot. I'd been leery too, but I thought it was a really great ep.
Yes, they took a very dodgy premise and made it work. (Love the tip of the hat with "cousin oliver diner's, heh.) I bet you're excited for next week's SPN! :)
I had to google to find out what Cousin Oliver meant - I saw people referring to it and had no idea!
Oh, I think they pulled SPN off too. I just don't know what it's that doesn't click with me, but it was a good episode.
I've been kind of hit and miss with SPN lately but I did enjoy this one. It does take the pressure off when you're not as invested in a show!
I do think they pulled it off too, SPN, brilliantly even. I went 'Oh, Dean!' all the way through! lol!
And "Oh, Dean!" indeed!
